Transportation policy
Thank you for choosing ScentedErx’s aromatherapy products! We are committed to providing you with high-quality handmade candles and ensuring the safe delivery of your orders. Please read the following policies carefully:
- Shipping region and delivery time
Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania, covering most countries around the world.
Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (the period for customized products or promotions may be extended).
Transportation time: The international transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs processing time).
- Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link. You can check the progress through the carrier’s official website (such as DHL, UPS or local post).
If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact contact@scentederx.com to check the status of your order.
- Tariffs and Customs
The destination country may impose import duties or value-added taxes, and the costs shall be borne by the buyer. For specific tax rates, please consult the local customs.
We will mark the true value of the goods on the package, but we cannot interfere in the customs clearance process.
- Delay or loss handling
Transportation delay: In case of delays caused by weather conditions, holidays or customs inspections, it is recommended to contact the logistics company first.
Lost package: If the logistics shows that it has been delivered but not received, please provide a certificate issued by the carrier within 7 days. We will assist with the claim or resend it.
