Returns and refunds are not supported

As scented candles are personal care consumables, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

Opened or used products;

Dissatisfaction arising from customers’ personal preferences (such as subjective factors like smell and color);

Problems reported beyond 48 hours after the order is signed for (proof of unopened items must be provided).

  1. Handling of exceptional cases

If the product you receive has quality issues (such as damaged packaging, broken candles, unlit candles, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after signing for it and provide the following materials:

Order number and purchase voucher

Clear photos/videos of the current status of the product;

Problem description.

We will provide you with an exchange or partial compensation (such as coupons) based on the actual situation.
